MIPRO-EPR is a high-strength, solvent-free, three-component epoxy resin repair mortar designed to provide excellent abrasion resistance and durability. This repair mortar is ideal for concrete surfaces that require restoration or resurfacing, providing long-lasting protection against wear and chemical exposure. MIPRO-EPR is easy to use, as it comes in a pre-measured kit for convenient mixing and application on-site.
Mix the MIPRO-EPR mortar components and apply the mixture to the prepared surface using a steel trowel. Press the mortar firmly into place to ensure proper adhesion and compaction. Finish with a smooth trowel finish. MIPRO-EPR can be applied up to 50mm thick in horizontal locations and 12mm in vertical applications in a single layer without formwork.
MIPRO-EPR offers excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, achieving full chemical resistance after 7 days of curing at 25°C.

Store MIPRO-EPR in a dry location in its original, unopened packaging. Shelf life is 12 months at 30°C. If exposed to higher temperatures, the shelf life may be reduced to 4-6 months.
