MIPRO-ETS is a three-component, trowel-applied epoxy resin-based heavy-duty floor screed system. It is ideal for creating durable and chemical-resistant flooring systems, with an application thickness ranging from 3mm to 10mm. The system is designed for demanding environments and can be applied using a power trowel or manually, depending on the desired thickness. To enhance chemical resistance and ease of cleaning, top coatings such as MIPRO-EC, MIPRO-EC (HYB), MIPROTHANE-WBC, and MIPRO-WBC are recommended.
The concrete sub-base must be level, properly cured, and free from contamination such as oil, grease, and chemicals. The substrate should also be free from laitance, dust, and moisture, with a minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm² and a relative humidity of 75% RH.
Store all components of MIPRO-ETS in sealed containers, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Avoid freezing, and ensure storage conditions remain controlled. Shelf life is two years if kept in original, unopened containers.
Wear protective gear during application. If the product comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor. Always refer to the MSDS for detailed safety instructions.
