This product can be applied by spray, brush, or roller to steel and concrete substrates. It is typically used for tank linings, process equipment, and surfaces exposed to chemicals and industrial wear. The coating offers excellent resistance to immersion at ambient temperatures and can withstand gas temperatures up to 120°C.
MIPROGLASS 101 E provides outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents. It is especially resistant to industrial chemicals, making it an ideal choice for applications in chemical processing plants, refineries, and more.
The typical cure time for MIPROGLASS 101 E is 4-8 hours for hardness, and it can be over-coated within 2-3 hours. The full cure is achieved in 72 hours, although it can be put into light-duty service after 24 hours.
