MIPRO-E S/L is a high-performance, seamless self-smoothing epoxy flooring system designed for industrial applications. This system is applied in a single layer with a thickness of 2-3 mm and offers a durable, resilient, and chemically resistant surface. It is ideally suited for environments where heavy-duty performance is needed, providing a long-lasting solution for areas that are exposed to physical abrasion, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations. MIPRO-E S/L enhances floor durability by offering both protection against mechanical damage and resistance to harsh chemical exposure, making it a versatile choice for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical plants, and manufacturing. The floor’s smooth, seamless finish also ensures ease of maintenance and cleanliness, which is critical in sterile environments or locations with high foot traffic.
Key Features
Chemical Resistance
MIPRO-E S/L exhibits exceptional resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, ensuring long-term performance in harsh chemical environments like those found in factories, processing plants, and laboratories.
Abrasion Resistance
This product is formulated to withstand extreme abrasion and wear, maintaining its structural integrity even in high-traffic areas or those subject to physical impacts.
High Temperature Resistance
Withstands elevated temperatures, ensuring that it remains stable and effective even in environments that experience heat stress.
Thermal Shock Resistance
Designed to cope with rapid temperature changes, including thermal shocks that may occur in environments such as production areas or warehouses with fluctuating temperature conditions.
High Impact Strength
The epoxy coating provides robust protection against mechanical impacts, making it ideal for environments where heavy machinery or equipment is frequently in operation.
Industrial Flooring
Perfect for manufacturing plants, warehouses, and any areas subject to intense wear and exposure to chemicals.
Chemical-Resistant Areas
Recommended for pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical industries where floor surfaces need to withstand aggressive substances and frequent cleaning.
MIPRO-E S/L should not be applied in areas prone to rising damp or with a relative humidity greater than 75%. A moisture barrier like MIPROCEM S/L should be used if these conditions exist. Additionally, the substrate must be stable, as cracking or movement in the base surface may cause reflective cracking in the coating. Expansion joints should always be maintained in the topping to prevent potential damage.
