MIPROGLASS 201 SV is a heavy-duty glass flake-reinforced lining designed to provide long-term protection against corrosion, abrasion, and thermal shock. Ideal for steel and concrete surfaces, this product is effective in environments exposed to a variety of chemicals and extreme temperatures.
MIPROGLASS 101 SV is designed for steel and concrete surfaces where corrosion resistance is required. It is applied in one primer coat and multiple topcoats, generally achieving a thickness of 400-500 microns. The product can be applied via brush, roller, or airless spray, and can withstand exposure to gas temperatures up to 120°C. It is suitable for use in immersion service at ambient temperatures.
MIPROGLASS 101 SV provides resistance to many industrial chemicals, oils, solvents, and alkalis. It is suitable for use in chemical plants, warehouses, and other industrial settings where protective coatings are exposed to harsh environments.
Curing times will depend on ambient temperatures and the amount of catalyst used. Typically, the coating can be over-coated within 2-3 hours and will harden in 4-8 hours. Full curing may take up to 72 hours, although light-duty service can begin after 24 hours.
