MIPROTHANE-S/L (2K & 3K)

MIPROTHANE-S/L is a two-part, solvent-based colored polyurethane resin with self-smoothing, tough-elastic properties. It is ideal for industrial floors and provides a smooth, crack-bridging surface.

Apply MIPROTHANE-S/L using a roller or serrated trowel to achieve the desired thickness. If necessary, immediately roll the surface in two directions with a spiked roller to remove entrapped air and ensure even thickness.

 

USES

  • Smooth wearing course with crack-bridging properties for industrial floors in production and storage facilities.
  • Broadcast wearing course for wet working areas in the food and beverage industry, car park decks, and loading ramps.
  • Seal coat for broadcast systems.
  • Suitable for environments requiring medium to heavy mechanical and chemical stress.
  • Provides excellent resistance to dirt pick-up.
  • Cross-linked structure ensures chemical and abrasion resistance.
  • Low VOC and low odor for improved environmental friendliness.

 

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store in original, undamaged, sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.

As with all solvent-based systems, observe strict safety precautions. Wear appropriate protective equipment during application and refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for further guidance.
