ROOFSEAL FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

This two-part polymer-modified cementitious coating is highly flexible, elastic, and durable. It effectively accommodates substrate movement caused by thermal expansion and contraction, making it suitable for large roofs and terraces.

  • Pre-wet the substrate and let it semi-dry.
  • Apply the mixed material uniformly with a brush or trowel.
  • Use a single coat for a 1mm thickness or apply a second coat with fiber mesh for added durability.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life is one year for unopened packs stored as recommended.

  • Avoid application on hot, dry surfaces or during rain.
  • Do not dilute with water.
  • Wear gloves and goggles during application.
