MIPROCRETE-MF

MIPROCRETE-MF is a flow-applied, self-smoothing, three-component polyurethane topping designed for industrial applications. It is available in a matt finish and can be applied in thicknesses of 3–6mm. This versatile system combines performance, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency, making it ideal for repairing and resurfacing industrial floors.

Spread the composite matrix to the desired thickness (3–6mm) using a pin rake or notched squeegee adjusted to the correct depth. Immediately release trapped air by spike rolling the surface to ensure uniformity.

MIPROCRETE-MF resists spillages of:

  • Dilute and concentrated acids such as hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric, and sulphuric acids.
  • Dilute and concentrated alkalis, including sodium hydroxide (up to 50%).
  • Organic acids, fats, oils, and sugars.
  • Mineral oils, kerosene, gasoline, and brake fluids.
  • Most organic solvents.

Resistance is maintained at temperatures up to 60°C, which is the maximum recommended service temperature. For detailed chemical resistance data, contact

 

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store all components of MIPROCRETE-MF in their original, unopened packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between 10–32°C. Shelf life is a minimum of six months. Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity may reduce shelf life. CHEMIPROTECT ENGINEERS.
