MIPROCRETE-HF

MIPROCRETE-HF is a four-component polyurethane screed designed for industrial applications. This trowel-applied system can be installed in thicknesses ranging from 6–9mm and offers a matt anti-skid finish. It delivers exceptional performance, aesthetics, and durability, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial floors.

Apply MIPROCRETE-HF within its pot life. Spread the composite matrix to the required thickness (6–9mm) and consolidate the surface using a steel trowel. For a smooth finish, lightly roll the surface using a short-nap roller dipped in xylene to bring up the resin.

MIPROCRETE-HF resists spillages of:

  • Dilute and concentrated acids such as hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric, and sulphuric acids.
  • Dilute and concentrated alkalis, including sodium hydroxide (up to 50%).
  • Organic acids, fats, oils, and sugars.
  • Mineral oils, kerosene, gasoline, and brake fluids.
  • Most organic solvents.

Resistance is maintained up to 130°C, which is the maximum recommended service temperature. For detailed chemical resistance data, contact CHEMIPROTECT ENGINEERS.

 

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store all components in their original, unopened packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between 10–32°C. The product has a minimum shelf life of six months. Exceeding recommended temperature or humidity ranges may negatively affect shelf life.

As with all chemical systems, MIPROCRETE-HF should be handled with care. Wear appropriate protective gear, close containers tightly after use, and keep out of reach of children.
