MIPROGLASS 201 E HYB is a high-performance, trowel-applied, glass flake-reinforced Novolac epoxy lining system designed to withstand extreme chemical environments. This coating is highly resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, alkaline chemicals, and other harsh substances, making it ideal for use in process industries and chemical storage tanks.
This lining system is specially formulated for use in environments exposed to concentrated acids and alkaline chemicals. It is typically applied using a trowel to ensure a smooth, durable finish. MIPROGLASS 201 E HYB provides protection in both wet splash and spill environments (up to 70°C) and dry gas environments (up to 120°C).
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly for 2-3 minutes using a Jiffy type mixer. Once mixed, the pot life is approximately 25-30 minutes at 20°C. Ensure complete mixing to avoid issues with application.
MIPROGLASS 201 E HYB comes in 5 kg and 25 kg packs. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The product has a shelf life of 12 months when properly stored.
