MIPROGLASS PRIMER (VE) is a low-viscosity, two-component primer formulated with Vinyl Ester resin. It is designed for application on concrete and steel surfaces as a preparatory layer before applying Vinyl Ester or Polyester resin-based coatings and linings.
On steel surfaces, sandblasting is mandatory for achieving optimal adhesion prior to primer application. On concrete surfaces, the primer penetrates and enhances adhesion for subsequent coating or lining systems.
MIPROGLASS PRIMER (VE) can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray. On steel surfaces, spraying is suitable only if the surface is completely dust-free. For concrete, apply using a brush or roller.
Add 2% Converter Part-B to 100 parts by weight of Resin Part-A just before use. Mix thoroughly by hand or power tool for 1–2 minutes. Avoid mixing large batches at once to prevent premature curing.
